A Safer, More Supportive Way to Access Care
At NBC, we know how overwhelming it can feel to find the right support. Our mission is to make therapy accessible, affirming, and effective for individuals and families navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
We specialize in working with professionals, caregivers, and those in high-stress or trauma-exposed fields. Our clinicians provide culturally responsive, evidence-based care with a focus on dignity, healing, and empowerment.

No More Martyrs
Mental health services such as counseling can play an important role in providing Black individuals with strategies for coping from stress, healing from trauma and prioritizing their wholistic wellness. Unfortunately, a number of barriers prevent Black women and girls from utilizing counseling as a resource.
No More Martyrs is doing our part to remove barriers by offering free mental health counseling.
Free services are now available in Alabama.
